Met een simpel kaatsingszetje of Coup de Ricochet nam Patrick Casaril alle twijfels weg. Het was even slikken voor Bryan Wollaert die een heel magere twee op twaalf haalt tegen de top zes. Marc De Meulenaere kon de beslissing niet doordrukken tegen Eric Conrad en Jimmy Depaepe kwam nooit in de problemen tegen Ronald Schalley. De eindspurt van Janes De Vries was onvoldoende voor een zesde plaats en een rechtstreeks ticket voor eerste klasse voor de editie 2010.
